Posting Photos

Darren brought up a good point on posting photos, it seems if you use the link at the bottom of the posting box (*add image to post) it will upload the photos to our forum server, and you get a thumbnailed image displaying in the post, however if you use the (insert image) button in the toolbar of the post window, the photos will display full sized. You would need a free photo hosting account, Photobucket is one of many. Anyway if you use the url method the image will display full sized. I don't care which you choose, Darren brought it up so thought I would pass it along.

Here is the difference:

This is loaded using the link at the bottom of the post page, and the photo is on our forum server,

This one is using Photobucket, they host the photo on there site, and you get the url from them.

To post a photo using this method, click the button that has a mountain and a little sun on it, it will bring up a box to put the url you got from your photo hoster, (i.e photobucket), click OK, and your image will show up in the message, You will want to use the "IMG" code, if given different choices. If this makes no sense to you, let me or someone on the board know and we would be glad to help.
