Hi all,

Its been awhile.....a number of life changing events in our household but things are finally settling into a good routine again.

This is a wrap I did for a dear friend on another board. She LOVES druzy and this is a small natural piece that came out of a geode. Was a bit fragile to wrap but I think it came out fairly well.

Nice wrap, it works well with the crystal. Did you do any trimming of the crystal, or use as is? Nice work,

I used my tile nippers to remove unnecessary matrix and then ground the back and edges flat with my cabber. I did lose a couple pieces of crystal during the entire process but not enough to effect the look.

Ooooh, looks like you wrapped rock candy! I'm surprised your kids let that one get away.
