Two rock hounds

Postby Blarney Stone on Sat Apr 11, 2009 6:09 pm

A family friend came to visit and she brought a nice feller she fell for a while back. He had heard of my recent rock illness that had taken over me several months back and thought he could help. When they came over to my house I had no idea I was in for such a surprise and a great time. They brought me slabs folks! Lots of um too. Nice ones. The best part was talking shop with my new friend. We sized each other up and I was amazed how much he knew and he was impressed with my new skills my shop set up and my work. The time they were down was filled with rock talk jewelry making and going to the many galleries here in Naples. Tips were exchanged and so was material. He attends the best shows I could only dream of and offered to obtain material from the shows for myself the same way he would do for himself. What a great time. Party
